Documents include pages from La Survivance newspaper that contain photos of Dr. Boulanger at the West End hospital, 1919; Dr. Boulanger outside in the winter with a dog sled, 1936; Dr. Boulanger standing with Fr. Patrice Beaudry [Patrick Beaudry]; and Dr. Boulanger on the occasion of Queen Elizabeth II's visit to Edmonton, 1959. There are also an image of Dr. Boulanger outside with the caption Boulanger ave.; images of Dr. Boulanger in Europe; a prayer card for Fr. Jules Teston OMI death containing Cree syllabics with a copy of a handwritten note by Dr. Boulanger on the back; and a card commemorating Bishop Grouard's jubilee in 1912 with a personal recollection by Dr. Boulanger and image of Bishop Grouard and Dr. Boulanger.
