This fonds consists of records created by the various committees of the St. Albert Games Society during the planning and management of the 1994 Alberta Winter Games, including final reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes. This fonds also contains photographs, pamphlets, programs, maps, a scrapbook, a cassette tape and reel-to-reel recording of the official Game's song, and VHS recording of a promotional ad for the Games. The fonds is arranged into a Committees series, Photographs series, and Policies file, Programs and promotional materials file, Scrapbook file, and Audiovisual recordings file.

Athletes at closing ceremony

This photograph depicts the athletes from the 1994 Alberta Winter Games gathered together in the street in front of St. Albert Place for the closing ceremonies, with spectators filling up the bleachers set up in the parking lot.

Lighting the Winter Games flame

This photograph depicts the Winter Games flame being lit at the opening ceremonies of the 1994 Alberta Winter Games in St. Albert in front of St. Albert Place. The six youth are in a star formation in front of the flame, allowing the torch bearer to reach the flame to light it. Sparkle the mascot is in the background, as well as spectators standing and seated on bleachers set up along St. Anne street.
