Telegram sent to founder Hal

This file consists of a typed letter with the contents of a telegram sent to founder Hal at the 1970 Kin Convention in Saskatoon. It reads: "The Kinsmen and Kinettes of St. Albert in Alberta extend to you Founder Hal and to your wife Elspeth, our very best wishes upon your retirement. STOP We are extremely proud to be a part of this great organization which you brought into being 50 years ago. STOP We are even prouder to have known you both personally. Please come back often, we'll even arrange another rodeo for you both. STOP.
