Peter Elzinga

File consists of photographs of Peter Elzinga, a former executive director of the Progressive Conservative Party in Alberta, a former Member of Parliament in the Canadian House of Commons, and also a former Member of Legislative Assembly and cabinet minister in Alberta. Photographs consist of portraits and family shots.

Frank Gay

File consists of photographs of Frank Gay, a guitarist, lutenist, and composer. He is most famous for being a string instrument builder, particularly his Gay guitars, used by many famous musicians. The photographs cover such topics as Victor Post learning to play guitar from Gay, Gay playing the guitar at various places, and guitar construction. Also included are photographs of Flamenco guitarist, Carlos Montoya, playing the guitar on stage and chatting with Gay and others. Montoya was Gay's friend and used Gay guitars. Also consists of Gay's funeral booklet, an undated audio cassette, and some photocopies of articles about Gay, with one coming from the Guitar Player magazine, Aug. 1988.

Peter Lougheed

File consists of photographs of Peter Lougheed, the 10th Premier of Alberta. Photographs predominately consist of Lougheed at functions or in meetings with other people. Also included are some portraits of Lougheed. One photograph includes Robert Stanfield, former Premier of Nova Scotia and federal conservative opposition leader. There are also some photographs of Lougheed in 1978 at a podium with Walter Mondale, who served as Vice President of the United States of America from 1977-1981.

Alberta Aviation Museum

File consists of records relevant to Victor's Post association with the Alberta Aviation Museum. Included are such items as the museum annual report, deed of gift for photographs donated by Victor Post, membership enrollment form, and museum newsletters.
