Administration commitee subseries

This subseries consists an organizational chart, correspondence, biographies of the members of the Board of Directors, final reports, and meeting minutes. The subseries is arranged into four files: General, Final reports, Executive committee minutes, and Board of Directors minutes.

Sports committee subseries

This subseries consists of an organizational chart of the committee, contact information, schedule of events, a draft of school use plan, a list of event codes and medal count, event results, and final reports. The subseries is arranged into three files: Events planning, Event results, and Final reports.

Leland Williams papers

The files in this subseries consist of the personal records of Leland Stanford Williams.

In 1892, Leland Stanford Williams was born to William E. Williams and Clara Redavats. He had one sibling - an older brother named Charles. During his younger years, he aspired to attend university to become a veterinarian, however, due to financial and other restrictions, he was unable to do so. As a young man, he met Henry Weiller of Weiller & Weiller Ltd. in St. Paul, Minnesota, who took an interest in him as a business partner. Weiller & Williams Co. Ltd. was founded on December 11, 1925, where Lee remained as co-founder and manager until Henry Weiller's death. From then on, he remained as founder and president of the board of directors until his own death. He married Marion Letitia Williams and had an only son, Jack Leland Redavats Williams, who later inherited his estate.

The file consists of photographs, newspaper articles, letters, etc.

Jack Williams papers

The files in the subseries consist of the personal records of Jack Leland Riudavets Williams, the only son of Leland Stanford Williams and Marion Peacock Williams. Examples include photographs, travel journals, film reels, letters, etc. The Riudavets names has also been spelled Redavats in many papers in this subseries.

Annexation subseries

This subseries consists of applications, reports and studies, and presentations pertaining to St. Albert's application to annex adjacent land. There are primarily two annexation applications in this subseries, one in 1972 and one in 1977.

Subseries consists of photographs of the Edmonton portion of the official state visit of The Prince and Princess of Wales to Canada in 1983. Prince Charles and Princess Diana, The Prince and Princess, toured cities in Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Ontario, and finally Edmonton, Alberta.
On July 1, 1983, The Prince and Princess officially opened the 1983 Universiade Games held in Edmonton, which took place from July 1 - 11, 1983. The photographs in this subseries cover The Prince and Princess' stay in Edmonton from June 29 - July 1, 1983.

Also included is the athlete's village handbook and other paraphernalia from the Universiade Games.
