This file consists of 2 VHS tapes, both with a promotional video for the 1994 Alberta Winter Games addressed to St. Albert businesses, encouraging them to get involved and sponsor the Games. Footage includes clips of sports events from the 1992 Games in Fort McMurray, messages from other sponsors and Games organizers, and a message from Mayor Anita Ratchinsky. This file also contains 2 audio reels and a cassette tape recording of the 1994 Alberta Winter Games song, "Where the Spirit Soars," sung by Vicky Belzil, who also wrote the lyrics and music.

Frank's Mistake and Air Cadet audio cassette

The file contents consist of an audio cassette tape and two LP records. The cassette is a combined sound recording from the two LP's. It features a recorded recollection of Frank's Mistake's victory in the 1949 Western Canada Handicap including a live commentary of the race, immediately followed by a live commentary of Air Cadet's victory in the 1949 Polo Park Handicap, both narrated by Jack Wells.
