File consists of campaign flyers for St. Albert council and mayoral election collected by Margaret Plain. Candidates for Council: Roger Ayotte, Garry Wetsch, Liesbeth Bakker, Louise Beland, Bill Shields, Ken Allred, Doreen M. Rowe, Jim Sanborne, Ron Throndson, Frank Lukay, and Bob Kirk. Candidates for Mayor include: Richard Plain, Tom Priddle, Ron Harvey, Ray Gibbon, and Richard Fowler. File also includes flyers for Myrna Fyfe running for the Progressive Conservative party of Alberta. There is also an newsprint titled "The Ballot" vol 1, no. 1 from 1974 printed and distributed by the Committee for the Re-Election of Ray Gibbon as Mayor; and a newsprint titled "St. Albert's Issues" from 1974 printed and distributed by Liesbeth Bakker as part of her election campaign.
