It was owned by Francois Pelletier. Francois Pelletier was the maternal grandfather of Eva Bonin, who married Joseph Jacobs. Depicts the Mission Park sign and a view up Mission hill. Visible on the hill is the Youville convent, St. Albert parish, and the Bishop's Palace. Handwritten on the back of the photograph: "Mission were Johny was brought up, St. Albert (sic)" This may refer to Johnny Bolduc, a friend of Joseph Jacobs, who was raised in the Grey Nuns orphanage.
