Collection consists of records pertaining to Thelma Chalifoux. Thelma Chalifoux was a senator and Metis activist in Alberta, she was the founder of the Michif Cultural Connections in St. Albert to preserve and promote Metis culture in Alberta. Records in the collection include items from the opening ceremony of the Thelma Chalifoux school in Edmonton.
Fonds consists of family items from both the Benoit and Gagnon family, including photos of family members in WWI uniforms, Comets hockey team, and other family. Also included are Comets crests.

Some of the photographs have not been identified. The files are arranged according to the location in which Father Pratt worked. The photographs capture aboriginal and non-aboriginal families, children at residential schools, and events in the communities. The photographs also pertain to events of priests and brothers such as visits and seminary life as well as photographs of the missions.
