This artifact is a Town of St. Albert map on translucent plastic, indicating a plan for the construction of road extensions. It was drawn by The Grimble Consulting Group of Edmonton in December of 1976. The drawing has some revisions on it and has been stamped as built and signed (11.2.77). The original title block indicates that these are drainage details for the Grandin Road Estension; however, someone has crossed out Grandin and written in St. Anne. The drawing has survey references, sewer lines, and notes that say abandonded beside some parts of the drawing. The naming of roads differs somewhat from the current scheme in St. Albert, as does the delineation of property lots.

These facilities include: Boating Facilities, Dancing & indoor Evening Entertainment combined with Clubhouse for Boatclub, General Play Area, Lawn Bowling Green, Parking for approximately 100 cars, Lawn Bowling Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, Clubhouse Facilities & Indoor Sports, Auditorium & Allied Recreation, Curling Rink, Auditorium (Cultural), and Library, etc.
Second plan shows an artist's rendering of the Central Recreation Area with a view towards West.

One map contains captions written by Eric Robinson for his parents, added in 1965: "Old Saint Albert" note points to another note "Sir Winston Churchill ave" which replaces a crossed out label for McKenney ave ; "Local United church" ; "Town hall" ; "Shops" points to St Albert mall ; "Community Centre" and "Sports complex" in Grandin area ; "Sir George Simpson school (boys go here)" ; "Railway" ; "Playground" (now Lions Park) ; "Trestle bridge" ; "Launch boats here" at St Anne street and Sturgeon river ; "Our house" at 9 Gresham Blvd ; "Christine's school Alexander MacKenzie" ; "Lake View Drive" (renamed Riel Drive), and the Monomold Plant that used to manufacture egg flats and cartons, replaced by the present company: Pro Western Plastics.
