This facility was responsible for treating filtered water to increase the amount of dissolved oxygen it contains. This improves the freshness, and the colour of the water, as well as reducing the acidity. The plans are arranged in order, and are fastened together with three stables along the left margin. There is an index of all the plans on the first page.
