This file consists of a certificate and two letters from Speaker Ken Kowalski to Len Bracko. The certificate was issued to Len Bracko by the Legislative Assembly of Alberta proclaiming Bracko to be the 655th Member. The certificate was presented in recognition of service as a Member of the Legislature and the number assigned was based upon the date and sequence of each Member's swearing-in and signing of the Oath of Allegiance book.
