Ephemera and notes file

This file consists of miscellaneous documents including a business card for Mayor Anita Ratchinsky; a sticky note from the Mayor of Palmerston North; a Christmas card from city council with Anita Ratchinsky as mayor; a program from the Interact festival on Sept. 11, 1992; and an outline of a news story from the St. Albert Gazette titled "Advertising versus Aesthetics" with handwritten notes.

St. Albert winter cities file

This file consists of Anita Ratchinsky's business cards, a schedule from the St. Albert Winter Cities resource group discussions held on Feb. 12, 1988, and notes from the event.

Elected official code of ethics file

This file consists of a certificate from the City of St. Albert containing the Code of Ethics for Elected Officials of the City of St. Albert. The certificate was signed by Mayor Anita Ratchinsky and the City Clerk, Fiona Daniel on October 26, 1992. The file also contains two photographs deputing Mayor Anita Ratchinsky with the councillors in the council chambers. The councillors included Margaret Plain, Carol Watamaniuk, Paul Chalifoux, Ken Allred, Penny Reeves, and Kent Davidson.

Community health file

This file consists of notes from a meeting with the Edmonton Regional Health Authority on June 30, 1994, briefing notes from a meeting with Sturgeon General Hospital in St. Albert, and a news release and booklets from Capital Health Authority about its restructuring of health care.

Student projects file

This file consists of three reports written by students containing a profile on Mayor Ratchinsky and each alderman. There is also a collection of thank-you notes written by students of Elmer S. Gish to Mayor Ratchinsky for going to speak at their school.

This file consists of eleven pocket-sized day timers used by Anita Ratchinsky from January to December 1998. Each day timer is one month; the month of November 1998 is missing.
