The Queen was accompanied by The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince Andrew, and The Prince Edward. On August 3, 1978, The Queen officially opened the 1978 Commonwealth Games held in Edmonton, which took place from August 3 - 12, 1978. The photographs in this subseries covers The Queen's stay in Alberta from July 31 - August 6, 1978.
