Leland "Lee" Stanford Williams was born on May 14, 1982 at Washington in Dutchess, New York. He is most known as the co-founder and principal of Weiller & Williams Co. Ltd. from December 11, 1925 up until his death on September 27, 1982 in Edmonton, Alberta. He married once to Marion Letitia Peacock on December 20, 1919, with whom he had one son, Jack Leland Redavats Williams.

The files in this subseries consist of the personal records of Leland Stanford Williams.
In 1892, Leland Stanford Williams was born to William E. Williams and Clara Redavats. He had one sibling - an older brother named Charles. During his younger years, he aspired to attend university to become a veterinarian, however, due to financial and other restrictions, he was unable to do so. As a young man, he met Henry Weiller of Weiller & Weiller Ltd. in St. Paul, Minnesota, who took an interest in him as a business partner. Weiller & Williams Co. Ltd. was founded on December 11, 1925, where Lee remained as co-founder and manager until Henry Weiller's death. From then on, he remained as founder and president of the board of directors until his own death. He married Marion Letitia Williams and had an only son, Jack Leland Redavats Williams, who later inherited his estate.
