Historique de la conservation
This print was made from a blue print in the possession of the City of Edmonton Archives collection. It was requested by Hans Huizinga, Museum Extension Officer in 1992. The original drawing was made by the Edmonton Interurban Railway Engineering Department in July of 1912. It is possible that the drawing was used between 1912 and 1914, since the barn was constructed in 1914 (and prints would be required to execute the construction). The print in the museum's possession was made by Riley's Reproduction, Edmonton, Alberta. The barn that was constructed from these drawings was built and destroyed by fire in 1914. According to the drawing the barn was erected on block 38 - Queen Mary Park.
