Scope and content
This photograph depicts Isabel Plamondon sitting in her garden. Isabel was the sister of Dellamen Plamondon. Dellamen married Albert Chevigny and then after his death married Octave Chevigny Sr., both were sons of Louis Chevigny and Josephine Arcand.
A caption on the back reads, "This is Bell alright but I look like a square so black but the light was not right. Its my flowers in my garden, my madonna lilies, and shasta daisies, and delfohenims [sic]. Ma can tell you how it looks. The walk goes right in on the screened porch. I sure enjoy my flowers. My dress is light blue. Too bad its so dark but I haven't any others now. My hand holds the lilies. This was taken last summer in July." A caption in a different hand at the bottom, "Auntie Isabel."
