Musée Héritage Museum
The Musée Héritage Museum is St. Albert's first civic museum and it opened on May 31, 1984. The museum was given or loaned some of the collections under the management of the St. Albert Historical Society which were transferred from the Father Lacombe Museum. The first curator was Michael Tymchuk. The original focus of the museum was to document artifacts, conserve, research, exhibit and interpret. The museum continues this focus but has added an archives and several heritage sites under its management.
