Donald Maltby of Dennis & Freda O'Connor & Maltby designed the St. Albert Centennial Library, which opened officially on June 24, 1967. Constructed by Summit Construction Ltd. and cost approximately $15,000. Maltby was a St. Albert resident. More information can be found in Oct 26, 1966 issue of the St. Albert Gazette.
